This plant goes through a stunning color change, it started out as purple and changes from purple to pink, orange, yellow, and then finally ripens to a gorgeous red. It’s a flavorful pepper that add flavor rather than heat which makes it perfect for pepper flakes or use fresh. Buena Mulata provides many culinary benefits.
